Shipping

The items will be delivered within 24/48 hours (working days). Shipping is free of charge if the amount of the order is 60 euros and more. We deliver by Mondial Relay, only in metropolitan France.

If you choose an Express shipment and if you've ordered before midday, the items will be delivered within 24/48 hours. The shipping cost depends on the weight and delivery location. You can also collect your item at Local Collect Point close to your delivery location.

You can follow your order in Customer online service at any time.

Returns :

To return an item purchased online you have to submit a statement expressing your intention to cancel in Customer online service. You must return the item within 14 days following the day of the item's reception. Returns are free of charge by Mondial Relay if you chose Relais Colis for delivery.

You can also return the item by post at the following address at your cost:

If you prefer, you can drop the item off at our shop KESSLORD at 65, Beaubourg Street 75003 PARIS FRANCE (Opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 10.30 am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm).

Terms of return :

The items should be:

•         Complete and intact (never used)
•         In their original packing
•         Accompanied by the Return form
  

Refund:

We shall refund you after the item has been controlled in compliance with the Terms of return and within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
